The Earnings section within your account dashboard is where all of your financial activity related to sales and payouts is managed. Here, you can keep track of your earnings, set up your payout preferences, and view your payment history in a secure environment.

Where to Find Earnings

You can access your earnings at any time from the Account > Earnings section. This dashboard provides a full overview of your payout status, transactions, and wallet balance.

Payout Method

Depending on your region, you'll be able to select from available payout methods. Ensure your preferred payout method is added and verified to receive your funds promptly.

Payout Transactions

This section lists all your processed earnings, including those available for withdrawal and those currently on hold. If any issues arise, our support team will contact you directly. Notifications will also be sent to you in-app. Payouts are processed as quickly as possible and are only subject to delays from third-party payment processors or security verification checks.

Payout Status Definitions

• Processed: Payment has been initiated and is undergoing processing.
• Paid: The funds have been successfully transferred to your payout account.
• Hold: Payment is paused due to verification or compliance checks.
• Cancelled: The payment transaction was voided before completion.

We will never ask for your password or sensitive payout information through unsolicited contact. Always be cautious and report any suspicious activity.

E-Wallet

Your E-Wallet shows the balance of earnings currently available to withdraw. You can initiate a withdrawal at any time to your chosen payout method, provided your identity is verified and your region supports it.
